"What was the point of booking with you when you just passed onto Uber. It was more expensive. Apparently the U er driver who accepted the day before cancelled not long before pick up, and fortunately another very good driver accepted. This was not the stable fully arranged service Inexpected. It was just an expensive way of getting an Uber.
The taxi company you initially tried A1 is closed down according to their web-site.

"The driver was on time but was waiting in the car park. Unfortunately, my phone didn't work properly when I first arrived in the UK and it wasn't easy for us to contact each other. It would just be so much easier if the driver is inside the arrivals terminal with a sign.
Fortunately, my driver came looking for me and once we met up everything was good. Raza was very friendly, polite and a good driver. The rest of the journey went smoothly and I was happy with the service."
