"The taxi never showed up , got driver details and car ect but then received a call saying that the company couldn't locate or contact the assigned driver and to rebook with someone else , waited an hour at Luton Airport, no show and almost £100 has been taken out of my account , GREAT SERVICE , I don't think so "
