"First pick up was great to the airport.
Pick-up from the airport, driver was ~30 minutes late. Driver was great though.
I was particularly unhappy with being charged £10 for re-arranging a pick-up time to 24 hours earlier, over a week before the pick-up was scheduled. People's plans can and do change and this was a shabby charge to make for 2 minutes work on your part.
My local cab firm would never do this, so I guess I will go back to using them in the future."
